At PURPOSE CATALYST, we offer life coaching, executive coaching, and transformational services that may include (but are not limited to) mindfulness-based coaching, NLP-informed approaches, CBT/ACT-informed coaching, hypnotherapy techniques, energy-based modalities such as Access Bars®, Reiki, EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques), Access Energetic Facelift®, Access Vision / Correcting Vision Process (eye correction), as well as intuitive and insight-based modalities including Numerology and Astrology.

These services are designed to support personal insight, emotional wellbeing, energetic alignment, and personal or professional development.

They are not medical, psychological, or psychiatric services, and do not replace therapy, counselling, diagnosis, or medical treatment of any kind.

We do not diagnose, treat, or cure any medical or mental health conditions. If you are experiencing clinical mental health concerns (including severe anxiety, depression, trauma, or suicidal thoughts), you are strongly advised to seek support from a qualified medical or mental health professional.

Coaching and holistic services differ from psychotherapy and medical care in their intent, scope, and methodology. These services are forward-focused, educational, and supportive in nature, and are not covered by health insurance.

Our work together is a professional and ethical partnership based on trust, consent, and clear boundaries.

While sessions may feel deeply personal or transformational, the relationship remains strictly professional and does not extend beyond agreed services, session time, or engagement terms.

Client Responsibility & Release of Liability

By engaging with PURPOSE CATALYST, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You are choosing to participate voluntarily and with full awareness
• You take full responsibility for your decisions, actions, and outcomes
• No guarantees are made regarding results, outcomes, or transformations
• All services are offered in good faith, “as is,” without warranties of any kind

You understand that any insights, guidance, energetic work, or tools offered are for supportive and educational purposes only, and you remain fully responsible for how you integrate and apply them in your life.

PURPOSE CATALYST shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect outcomes, decisions, or consequences arising from your participation in any session, service, or guidance provided.

Health & Wellbeing Acknowledgement

You confirm that:

• You will seek appropriate medical, psychological, or psychiatric support where needed
• You have disclosed any relevant physical, emotional, or mental health conditions that may affect your participation
• You take full responsibility for your physical, emotional, mental, and energetic wellbeing throughout your engagement

All information shared within sessions is treated as strictly confidential, except where:

• Disclosure is required by law
• There is a risk of harm to yourself or others

You also acknowledge that communication via email, phone, video calls, or messaging platforms may not be fully secure, and you accept this inherent risk when engaging in services.

Assessments, Intuitive Tools & Guidance Disclaimer

Any tools, including coaching frameworks, energetic processes, assessments, numerology, astrology, or intuitive guidance, are provided for self-awareness, reflection, and personal development purposes only.

They are:

• Not medical, psychological, or diagnostic tools
• Not to be used as the sole basis for life decisions
• Dependent on the accuracy and openness of the information you provide

PURPOSE CATALYST accepts no liability for decisions made based on any insights, interpretations, or guidance provided during sessions.
